Everything you need to know before you order.
Are your cookies soft or crunchy?
Both — that's the magic. Every cookie is soft and chewy on the inside with lightly crisp, golden edges on the outside. Never dry, never hard all the way through.
How much do cookies cost?
Cookies are sold by the box: 4 for GHS 100, 6 for GHS 150, 12 for GHS 300, and 24 for GHS 600. The price shows as you build your order — any delivery fee is confirmed on WhatsApp.
What cookie flavours can I choose from?
Classic Chocolate Chip, The Red Queen, Lemon Melt, and Golden Oat Crunch. Can't pick just one? Choose an assorted box and mix your favourites.
How much are cupcakes?
Cupcakes come by the box: 6 for GHS 150, 12 for GHS 300, and 24 for GHS 600, in Vanilla, Chocolate and Red Velvet. Mix up to two flavours in one box at no extra cost; custom designs are quoted separately.
How do I place an order?
Tap any Order on WhatsApp button and answer a few quick questions — flavour, quantity, and delivery details. We open WhatsApp with your order written out and ready to send, then reply to confirm.
Do you deliver, and where?
Yes — we deliver across Accra and nearby areas via Yango. The delivery cost is paid by you and depends on the distance. Share your location or a Google Maps pin when you order, and we'll confirm the Yango fee on WhatsApp. You're welcome to collect too.
How soon can I get my cookies?
Same-day delivery is usually available — cookies arrive about 3 hours after your order is confirmed.
How far in advance should I order a cake?
Cakes are pre-order only. Please order at least 24–48 hours ahead so we can bake it fresh for your date.
Are your treats freshly baked?
Always. Everything is made from scratch and baked fresh — no box mixes, no artificial flavours, and no preservatives.
How do I pay?
Once your order is confirmed on WhatsApp, we'll share payment details so you can pay quickly and securely.
Do you take custom orders and event cakes?
Absolutely — birthdays, weddings and other celebrations. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll tailor something for your occasion.
What are your opening hours?
We bake Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (closed weekends). You can send your WhatsApp order any time — we'll reply during business hours.
